SALES MANAGER – West Rand, JHB

Company within Forklift / Earthmoving Equipment / Construction related equipment industry – is looking for an experienced Sales Manager (10 to 15 years exp) within their field.

Job Description:
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
• Managing the Sales Team, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Attending networking events, trade shows

Requirements and skills:
• Relevant qualifications
• MS Office – advanced & Spreadsheets
• Minimum 10 to 15 years - advance experience in Forklift / Earthmoving Equipment / Construction
• Fully bilingual
• Customer service skills
• Interpersonal skills - to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
• Communication skills
• Physical endurance - as it may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations / sites traveling

Salary: +R30k CTC basic + comm - negotiable with the experience
