Our client is a stable, growing concern and they offer a fantastic work environment. They are a large security product manufacturer that supplies to the building and home industry. We're on the search for someone very specific! This ambitious individual would have been a Senior Sales Manager (5 years plus) and have experience in managing a team with the ability to manage a branch (branch management preferred).

The person would have experience working in the home security industry (security barrier or similar) and have experience in dealing with architects, builders and developers. The main function is to monitor and manage the day-to-day sales activities of the branch to ensure achievement of the annual sales budget. They must implement and maintain a sales strategy to achieve the budgeted sales target, whilst monitoring customer service levels, and the efficiency and effectiveness of installation teams.

Requirements include:
Mainly sales management, Branch management, Training management, Installations, Customer Service, Reporting and Department Management.

Non negotiable:
* At least 5 years relevant experience as a senior sales manager and/or branch manager
* Degree/Diploma in Sales or a similar relevant industry qualification and experience
* Strong ability to organise effectively, delegate responsibility, problem solve, strategise, motivate and communicate clearly
* Come from a manufacturing industry (security barrier systems)
