Responsibilities

Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing the Lead Generation and Sales Development Representative teams
Develop, maintain and implement evolving business strategies that expand sales and revenue targets
Recruit, coach and manage performance of Account Executive and Sales Development Representative teams
Train and onboard New Hires
Ensure sales tracking and reporting to Executive Leadership Team as required
Identify emerging market trends as well as educate Sales Team on new products and features

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B SaaS experience with a proven track record of driving growth.
Confident in capacity to manage a large team of sales professionals, through experience as well as creative problem solving and critical thinking.
Entrepreneurial attitude and familiarity with the strategies and tactics needed to develop and grow new business opportunities.
Deep understanding and appreciation for all stages of the customer lifecycle.
High level proficiency with sales tools and technology such as Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, etc.
Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset
