A very well-established client based in Brackenfell, Cape Town, has an opportunity for a Sales Rep to join their team.

As the successful candidate you need to have / be:

Experience in the steel service centre and / or steel industry is essential.
Must have existing client base
Strong personality
Goal driven
Team player
Strong communication skills
Ability to close deals.
Valid driver’s license and transport
Work first, then play attitude
Attention to detail
Highly self-motivated
Active and enthusiastic
Computer literate

Duties would include:

Sales of steel service centre services and items
To grow the existing customer base
To maintain the existing customer base
Report to management on the sales generated, potential business, market conditions
Remain abreast with market conditions and developments
Be innovative in developing new markets / applications.

Salary negotiable based on experience
Vehicle allowance or the use of a company vehicle
Medical Aid: 50 / 50 contribution
Fringe benefits kick in after successful 3 months’ probation period.
