Job Summary:
a stationery company is looking for a sales rep, working within the sales team in the designated Southern Region of Upington, Kimberley, Harrismith, Bloemfontein and surrounding areas, the aim of this function is to service existing customers within the Region as well as develop new business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Service the needs of existing customers and collecting customer feedback
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
• Merchandising and adhering to the required merchandising standards and/or layouts of stores
• Responsible for the achievement of sales targets and goals
• Establish, maintain and expand customer base
• Building the brand and negotiating the best possible space and exposure
• Logging daily customer contact on CRM
• Returns management by monitoring and controlling returns
• Assist with trade shows, deliver stock as and when required
• Compiling sales figures and analysing sales figures and report shortfalls to Area Manager

• Ability to work independently as well as with others
• Ability to communicate well with others both oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Driven and innovative personality
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 with exemption pass
• Minimum 1-2 years’ FMCG Sales experience
• Valid code 08 drivers’ licence
• Reliable own vehicle
• Must be willing to travel and sleep out as and when required
• Computer literate
