Sales Representative - Courier | Johannesburg - Gauteng

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a National Courier market leader who are currently expanding their Sales team. If you have previous courier sales experience, looking for a new challenge in a diverse industry, a drive and passion for sales, customer satisfaction and closing deals, then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for. Permanent position, based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Salary: R15-25k + Petrol Allowance + Company Cell Phone + Laptop & Data Card + Commission on profit
Or R25 000 pm including Petrol Allowance + Company Cell Phone + Laptop & Data Card + Commission on profit

Job Requirements:
• Matric, Relevant tertiary education advantageous
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in courier/parcel freight sales
• Must have relevant experience to qualify for post
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Valid Drivers License, Own Car Essential

Duties:
- Responsible for bringing on new Business as per target
- Reporting on weekly call report
- Maintaining existing business as well as new business development
- Provide after sales service
- Responsible for all sales activities from lead generation to close
- Cold calling, Assisting with queries and problems
- MS Office and sound computer knowledge
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reporting to the National Sales Manager
