Sales Consultant Athlone Cape Town

Out outdoor facilities construction / building client in Athlone Cape Town is looking for a sales consultant to sell their construction products.

Salary basic plus commission + Commission + Petrol Allowance (you need your own car)

Requirements:

Impeccable aptitude and willingness to learn and follow a set way of doing things

Knowledge of construction of sport facilities an advantage

Driver's license and own car (ESSENTIAL and non-negotiable)

Matric (ESSENTIAL)

Computer literate (ESSENTIAL)

Preferably 3 years external sales experience

Fluent in English and Afrikaans


Responsibilities

Able to work independently and deliver results

Excellent people and communication skills

Goal and target driven

Be able to source new clients and follow up on leads

Cold Calling

Schedule regular, in-person customer meetings (covid dependent)

Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs.

Respond to all queries – telephonic and internet

Scope and cost projects

Experience in responding to tenders and RFQ’s – advantageous not necessary

Prepare Quotations

Excellent communication skills
