The successful candidate will develop and manage a team of agents as they contact warm and cold leads to market our Debt Review service. The position ultimately comprises of securing sales targets according to agent KPIs and holistically guiding the team to advance the business as a single unit.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing, developing and leading a team of sales agents
• Optimizing sales and conversions
• Delivering success against KPI targets through strong team management
• Establishing a encouraging learning environment that motivates agents
• Daily coaching, mentoring and objections management
• Overseeing agent compliance in line with best industry practice
• Strategising and implementing sales strategies to increase client pipeline
• HR administration and performance management
• Organising and conducting team meetings
• Data/ lead management

Requirements:

• Matric (essential)
• Marketing/ Sales related qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 2 years' proven sales experience (essential)
• Minimum 2 years' proven experience leading a sales team (essential)
• Familiar with lead management and data performance (essential)
• Intermediate Excel skills (essential)
• Experience in strategic sales planning and implementing sales strategies
• Capable of managing agent compliance in line with best industry practices
• Capable of managing agent performance and growth
• Capable of dealing with conflict and resolve internal staffing issues
• Energy to work accurately and swiftly in a pressurized sales environment
