Sales Training Manager with experience in the short term insurance industry (Personal Lines specifically) required to develop sales staff into highly effective insurance professionals – identify needs and implement development plans re technical and product knowledge, sales skills, customer service, etc.

Minimum requirements:
• Full NQF4 Short Terms Insurance qualifications essential
• RE5 essential
• Training qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ sales and sales management experience within the Personal Lines Short Term Insurance environment required
• Experience in developing and executing coaching plans required

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain bespoke training program to identify specific needs – interpersonal skills, personal lines technical content, product specific content (insurance, VAPS and Memberships), retention and sales skills
• Develop and maintain sales script
• Develop personal continuous improvement roadmap for each team member, including one on one and class room training
• Execute continuous improvement plan, monitor outcome and engage with line management re interventions
• FAIS compliance
• Qualification and CPD requirements prior to due dates
