SUMMARY

Our Client in the automotive space is looking for an experienced SAP Master Planner with a suitable Supply Chain / Engineering tertiary qualification

RESPONSIBILITIES

Measurement and Data Analysis with full and Applied Knowledge of Six Sigma
Review Control Plans with suppliers for defective parts
Review and analyse dimensional reports from suppliers including Statistical Process Control and capability data.
Roll out a 2 year master plan
Product, Process and Requalification Audits.
Perform Measurement System Analysis in all equipment utilized at incoming inspection.
Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarding companies
Monitor shipments
Analyze costs
Cost optimization

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Supply chain / Engineering
5 Years’ Experience in a similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
