Paracon is actively building up a talent database of skilled SAP Project Managers to support our clients’ continuous need for growth. We are ideally looking for SAP Project Manager with Financial Services / Investment / Asset Management / Retail industry experience.

As an SAP Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and closing SAP projects, with a primary focus on SAP specific module implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP project management, a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and any other speciality within the SAP space, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget.
Lead the end-to-end execution of various SAP modules eg. (S/4 HANA projects), managing resources, tasks, and deliverables.

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture to ensure successful project outcomes.

SAP S/4 HANA (Module Expertise):
Leverage in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or any other module expertise you may have to guide the technical aspects of the project.
Collaborate with SAP architects, consultants, and developers to ensure the effective implementation of SAP solutions.

Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, developing mitigation plans as needed.
Implement best practices to ensure project quality and minimize potential issues.
Budget and Resource Management:
Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.
Work closely with finance and HR teams to manage project staffing and resource allocation.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, with a focus on S/4 HANA or any other module specialisation.
Strong understanding of SAP project methodologies, including ASAP and Agile.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
SAP certifications in project management are a plus.
