REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Degree in Education or Social Sciences
5 Years middle management experience
Own vehicle and drivers licence
Good leadership skills and excellent communication
Proficient in MS Office
Must be a responsive, decisive and action orientated individual
Need to be deadline driven
Ability to develop training modules and facilitate training sessions

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain excellent working relationship with all stakeholders, including government, school staff and educational partners
Overall responsibility for implementation and ongoing management in schools according to standards and requirements of partner organisations
Management of staff through weekly meetings and performance monitoring
Overall responsibility for learner recruitment and retention in after school programme
Ensuring that the mentors are appropriately trained and supported to deliver high quality programmes
Assist with training of staff and volunteers
Liaise with educational partners around training and resources , site visits, etc.
Writing and timeous submission to government and other relevant stakeholders of monthly , quarterly and annual school reports
Assist with marketing material and attend various workshops (community based meetings)
