The successful individual will need to live the Agile Values and Principles and follow the Agile processes and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring obstacles are cleared
• Ensuring team is effective using Scrum Methodology
• Working closely with the team and Product Owner as well as others outside the team
• Protecting team from interruptions for work to be completed
• Collaborate with business SME (subject matter experts) and development team to define and priorities business requirements
• Facilitate daily team progress updates, meetings/demos with business
• Assist in building a self-organized team
• Facilitate Standups
• Identify, escalate and assist with removal of development team impediments
• Ensure regular Stakeholder Communication with progress updates

Minimum Experience:
• 2 – 3 years' experience in PO, Scrum Master or Business Analyst role an advantage
