• Assist in the Agile Transformation of the company and team; prior experience on a project like this will be a bonus
• Comfortable working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience working in a corporate environment will be beneficial
• A background as a PM would be nice, but isn’t a must
• The ideal person will be someone dynamic who can manage several teams and coach/train the team members
