YOUR ROLE
To support the Sea Logistics organization in South Africa with accurate, competitive pricing in a professional manner and within the agreed timelines.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
•Preparation and completion of internal (QTSea/Kuehne Nagel offices) and external (customer) quotes within the required KPIs.
•Responsible for pricing and completing RFQ’s
•Manage & maintain pricing systems across all platforms.
•Work closely with Trade/Product Managers to ensure that competitive pricing is used to secure key opportunities.
•Assist the Operational Care Centre and Customer Care Locations with any queries relating to quotations.
•Where necessary and when required, negotiate directly with suppliers for specific enquiries.
•Be a subject matter expert (SME) for all pricing tools within the organization.
•Understand and adhere to all Kuehne-Nagel policies such as QSHE, Compliance, Anti-Bribery, Code of Conduct etc.
•Be able to do ad-hoc procurement for special pricing requests
•Be able to produce costings simulations to evaluate margins and return on GP

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
•Matric
•First University Degree -Logistics & Supply Chain Management
•Have 3-5 years’ experience in Sea Logistics
•Have 2-3 year Pricing experience in Sea Logistics
•Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Sea-Log , CIEL, Kuehne Nagel Login)
•Knowledge of Sea logistics Processes
•Strong Analytical and analysis skills
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•English, written and spoken fluently
•Meticulous, attention to detail and self-motivated
