Job Description

Prepare and compile Annual Financial Statements
Provide business advisory for the company and assist with taxation
Manage the finances and accounting of the company
Mentor and oversee Junior staff
Produce accurate accounting reports for upper management
Analyse financial information and create reports thereof
Assist with tax audits and returns
Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecasting process
Spot check for any errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Ensure legal requirements are always complied to

Minimum Requirements

B.Com in Accounting
3 years’ exp. In a similar position
Proficient in MS Office, Caseware, Pastel and Partner
Valid drivers’ license
