The ideal candidate:
• Will be a CA (SA).
• Minimum 1 year’s private equity experience / Middle office experience in banking or investment company.
• Must have an understanding of legal structures.

Duties will also include:
• Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts.
• Reviewing financial reports.
