We're seeking a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - Permanent Position - Pretoria Hazelwood for Well-established company with a fast-growing property portfolio located in Hazelwood Pretoria, holds a vacancy for a Senior Accountant.

Experience in Property Finance!

MUST have a CLEAR Credit and Criminal record, with with and commendable references

Duties & Responsibilities
Reviewing back recons / cashbooks and reporting on balances.
Assist with Month-end procedures.
Ensure that finance operations and documents are processed correctly and timeously.
Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist with year-end audit requirements.
Assist in reconciling intercompany / intergroup transactions.
Provides direct support to the Property Accountant in ensuring that the monthly billing runs smoothly, and all necessary procedures have been performed within specified timeframes.
Compiles monthly VAT schedules and performs analytics to ensure compliancy and accuracy for review by the Financial Manager.
Process depreciation, accrual and intercompany loan interest journals.
Reconcile all PPS documents to investment property registers.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Desired Experience & Qualification
MUST have MIN. 5 years Experience in an Accountant position
Experience in property finance
Related BCom / Diploma or financial qualification would be beneficial
MS Excel
MDA/MRI Property Management Software experience
Driver’s license and own transport
Clean ITC and Criminal record, with and commendable references

Package & Remuneration
Salary: R40 000 per month
