Senior Civil Bridge Design Engineer Gauteng
Permanent position
15 years’ experience gained required as a Bridge Design engineer
BSc/BEng Engineering qualification, MSc an advantage
Professionally Registered with ECSA
Detailed knowledge of Finite Element Design Software such as Revit/Sofistik/Prokon/AutoCAD
Experience in design of feature bridges an advantage
Knowledge of SANRAL processes an advantage
Lead a design team and work under pressure
Work unsupervised with efficient time management
Work includes the design civil works, structures and bridges, including bridge hydrology and hydraulics
Preparation of Bills of Quantities and involvement in contract documentation/administration
Checking of Drawings and schedules
Leading of small teams
Preparation of Proposals
