Senior Cyber Security Officer

R1 250 000.00 per annum

SUMMARY

Our client, certified as a Top Employer with a Global Footprint and strong presence in South Africa and Sub-Sahara Africa requires a Cyber Security Officer to take responsibility for developing and implementing an information security program, which includes procedures and policies designed to protect enterprise communications, systems and assets (Internally and externally)

General exposure to at least 5 of the 8 CISSP Domains is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling of Security Incidents
Operational Security
Policies and Compliance including Governance, Risk Analysis, Controls
Integration of security into Projects
Driving Business continuity
Contributing to the implementation of IT Security strategy

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years+ Managing Cyber Security
Experience in writing SOP, policies and procedures,
General Exposure to Risk Management, Asset Security, Security Architecture and Engineering, Communication and Network Security
Identity and Access Management, Security Assessment and Testing, Security Operations as well as Software Development Security
CISSP / CISA / CISM qualification
