An exciting opportunity is available for a mature, enthusiastic and self starter Sales Executive.

Description: Sales Executive

Job Purpose: Attend meetings with Managing Directors/CEOs and engage at that level as an equal with credibility and confidence.
Use these meetings to create and close the opportunity for the company to carry out paid consultancy work, in the first instance an exercise known as a ‘Preliminary Survey’ which will identify for the client the exact nature of the opportunity within his business.
Thereafter the operational consultants are responsible for developing this into further paid work.
The work is across sectors, in medium to large businesses of at least 300 employees but typically about 1,000.
Maintain relationships with old and potential clients. Supported by a small telemarketing team with whom you will work closely to identify and set meetings.

Sales Executive Job Duties:
- Identify business opportunities by identifying new prospects and evaluating how the Company service fits their position in the industry.
- Identify business opportunities by mining the existing database of clients who already know the Company through previous work or previous sales contact
- Sell the need for high value, profit improvement and change management consulting services
- Provide daily follow up, guidance, direction and management of your telemarketing team
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing all sales related tasks and results as needed

Skills/Qualifications:
- Degree education
- Excellent presentation skills and well-spoken in English
- History of selling and gaining credibility at the C-suite level
- Good client relationship handling skills
- Self-starter with a high energy level
- Capable of working alone or with a small team to support
- Good work ethic and a ‘do what it takes’ mentality
- Prospecting skills
- Drive to meet sales goals

Training will be provided. The candidate will typically be fairly mature , 35 and above, as gaining credibility with CEOs is otherwise difficult.
