Our client is a leading international IT desk support services company. They are currently recruiting for a Snr Service Manager who will be responsible for an International role delivering desk side support services and service desk operation globally to customer in 57 countries and 35000 End Users. The role will be based from Cape Town, South Africa.
Candidates must have experience of International service delivery and of leading and managing a large multinational operational delivery team especially service desk services. The role will include frequent customer engagement requiring the candidate to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.This role will have full accountability for the successful delivery of the service desk operation globally, and the desk side services in the region.
Essential Knowledge/Skills
• Experienced Practitioner in IT Service Management
• Certified in ITIL (expert status)
Essential qualifications
• ITIL Certified
• IT Related qualification
