Senior UI & Graphic Design Positions have become available with a large and well established organisation in the Newlands area. The client is looking for someone who is a self-starter, and who needs minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Interpret visual briefs
• Understand & Enhance product functionality and Usability with UI design
• Generate Perfect HTML & CSS for designs
• E-mailers and newsletters; Infographics; Online banners – static and animated; Social Media elements; Icons; Printed and electronic sales material; Powerpoint presentations; Promotional items
• Liaise and work closely with the Marketing Managers to deliver consistently excellent campaigns
• Manage a Junior Graphic Designer and provide art direction.

Qualifications and Experience
• A relevant graphic design qualification
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, with knowledge of UI design for Desktop and Web
• The ability to wireframe and prototype UI concepts
• Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver
• Excellent design and typography skills with knowledge of layout principles, colour theory and informational design
• Proficient in HTML & CSS

• Moodle knowledge
• ASP.Net (basic understanding)
• JQuery (basic understanding)
