RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced SERVICE ADVISOR / BRANCH CO-ORDINATOR (AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY) for a growing concern - position based in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Relevant qualifications (not essential).

English speaking person.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

Previous working experience in a similar position is ESSENTIAL!

Position involves co-ordinating resources on a daily basis and liaise with internal and external key contacts to achieve optimum workshop efficiency and excellent customer service delivery.

Compiling quotations for vehicle services and repairs.

Customer liaison.

Manage customer bookings and appointments.

Compiling of daily workshop schedule.

Expediting planned work daily.

Managing and expediting outwork.

Reporting of workshop and technicians’ efficiency.

Staff management.

Person with a technical background would be highly advantageous.
