Our busy automotive dealer client based in Northcliff is looking to employ an experienced EE Service Advisor with knowledge of Automate/Kerridge.

Job Description
The Service Advisor is the proffessional 'manager' of the entire customer-oriented service process.
Standards are set in the customer care and view each customer contact as a professional challenge and feel responsible for customers problems until they have solved.
Customers value the certified Service Advisor for his/her competence, trustworthiness and respectful way of treating them as partners in resolving issues, even when conflicts arise, he/she always shows customers how much he/she values them.
His/her co-workers in the workshop value him/her for speaking their language, thanks to his/her technical understanding.
He/she is the competent intermediary between the customer and the workshop and thus contributes considerably to the business success of the entire after- Sales area.

Position Overview
Specific Role Responsibilities receive customer telephone calls to book an appointment.
Gather and ensure the accuracy of customer and vehicle details, document customer concerns / vehicle symptoms accurately in the workshop order form.
Define the scope and type of work to be performed accurately.
Co-ordinate and clarify the method and place of reception and hand-over of the vehicle with the customer.

Qualifications and Experience
• Service Advisor skills, knowledge and experience.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to work under pressure
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Advisor position would be beneficial.
• A minimum of Grade 12.
• A great team player.
