Job Title Administration Assistant
Location George, WC
Purpose statement To assist with administration requirements
Reports to:General manager / Regional Manager
Duties
- Request information from Service Providers
- Request information from existing and potential clients
- Follow-up of outstanding information and documentation
- Follow-up on quotations sent
- Logging of interaction with clients and product providers on our system
Job Evaluation Criteria
Formal Education
- Matric
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Computer literate
- Previous short term experience
