Short Term Insurance Commercial and Domestic Underwriter

Location: Umhlanga, KZN

Minimum requirements:

* Analyse portfolios and summarise for ease of reference
* Have the relevant FAIS credits
* Passed RE 5 (Representatives Exam)
* Must have At least 3 years relevant Short Term Insurance experience in Domestic Underwriting and 2 years Commercial experience.
* Experience in a broker or a insurance company.
* ABLE TO ATTEND TO THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF BUSINESS: Transport insurance, liability insurance, factories and warehousing & contractors all risk.

Offer
* Starting Salary R 10000 - R 17 000 CTC (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

* Company is Target Driven and bonus will be paid once departmental targets have been exceeded
Working Hours
* Monday – Friday 8:00 -17h00 with a 60 minutes lunch break.
* Saturday’s from 9:00 - 13h00

The short term department never closes so you would be required to attend to client queries after hours as well to ensure the service levels remain consistent.
