We're seeking an experienced Site Manager (Fleet Control) for our client based in CapeTown. This is a 12 - 24 month contract. To manage site logistics and safe flow and movement of vehicles on and between sites.

MUST HAVE A NQF 7 QUALIFICATION

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage site logistics and safe flow and movement of vehicles
Manage the flow and layout of site operations to ensure compliance and optimum performance
Review and approve daily site and movement reports to site coordinators for consolidation
Daily site administration and management of direct reports and coordination of contracted resources.
Ensure site risk and safety protocols in terms of people, the site itself, assets and equipment are in place and complied with.
Manage the flow of site resources, service providers, visitors, and other stakeholders to ensure safety and security of the people.

Desired Experience & Qualification
BSc, BEng, BTech or relevant NQF level 7 qualification.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fleet- or supply chain management.
Experience with integration of different types of site/operational operations.
Experience with the redesign and implementation physical business process flows across different aspects of fleet- or supply chain management.
Experience interfacing with senior executives, operational teams, and suppliers.
Experience with the implementation of different technologies to optimise business processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
A valid Driver's license.
Own reliable Transport
Availability to work overtime, on weekends, and on a shift or rotational basis if required.
