Relevant qualification with a minimum of 4 years Supervisory experience with the industry

Controlling bulk diesel stock.
Checking stock levels, re-ordering and receiving of all bulk stock.
Responsible for all Data management
Collection and uploading of all data.
Recording of all receipts and dispense slips.
Responsible for reports (HSE, Incident, Consumption)
Staff Training
Safety and good house-keeping at all storage and dispensing sites
Maintenance of all fuel storage and dispensing equipment
Daily inspections of all nozzles and hoses
Six monthly calibration of all flow meters to meet statutory requirements
Planning and implementation of a preventative maintenance schedule
Formulation of reports on:
SARS rebate reconciliation
Consumption per financial period and production period
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Diesel consumption, SHE, etc
Maintenance of:
Offloading facility including Refuelling Slab, Teaspoon Drains and Sumps
Storage facility including Pump Bund , Bund Wall and Sumps
Dispensing facility including Drip Trays
Implementing Spill Control
