Mechanical diploma or Certificate OR Mechanical Engineering Degree
Driver’s License.
Must be able to start immediately or max, 1 week-2 weeks
Minimum 3 - 8+ years’ working experience in Mechanical designing OR Mechanical Drafting using Solidworks and 3D CAD modelling.
Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software
Conceptualize and design mechanical purpose-built machinery, industrial equipment, robotic welding and assembly cells, body in white jigs, conveyance systems and lifting equipment.
Analyse mechanical functionality of systems, including Finite Element Analysis.
Specification of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.
Working Background experience Mechanical Drafting in a Production and fabrication Manufacturing Industries
Mechanical Drafting in Geo Fixtures or tooling Design a plus but not essential.
Working Experience gained in developing detailed manufacturing drawings for existing and new Mechanical Drafting designs.
Will Interface with Engineers and Production Managers to find optimal manufacturing methods for components and sub-assemblies.
Experience Updating and complete Bill of materials (BOM).

Monthly salary package: R20 000 – R28 000 Gross full cost to company per month
