Switchboard and Admin support
Operate switchboard and receive incoming calls , direct callers professionally ,correctly, promptly and courteously.

- Support admin activities as directed, relief reception as requiered
- Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at switchboard
- Take and distribute accurate messages.
- Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external sources( organisation - location ,
hours, phone numbers,email addresses).
- Perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms,typing,
organising and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages , filing and other
adhoc duties.

Requirements:
Matric with switchboard and reception experience
computer literacy ( word, excell, powerpoint)

Salary R8000.00 per month
