System and Desktop Support Technician
My client a leader in the fashion industry is looking for a System and Desktop Support Technician for their Head Office in Cape Town
Minimum Requirements
• Basic to versed Office application knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Versed knowledge of Windows 2008 to Windows 10 Operating Systems
• Versed hardware support
• Versed remote support
• General cabling experience
• Versed printer support
• Basic Citrix support
• Basic Network Support (WAN – LAN)
• Retail Experience Advantageous
• Strong Troubleshooting Skills
• Retail experience
• Experience with ERP systems will be advantageous
