SUMMARY

Our client in the Property/Real Estate sector is looking for a Systems Accountant who excels in a high-energy environment. The purpose of the role is to manage the MDA system and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of MDA system, data, support and development
Extract Data from the MDA System for reports and other applications.
Management of Data Capturing onto MDA
Prepare payments for Letting Commission and Office Collections

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Diploma in Accounting required.
3 Years full MDA System experience as a superuser is required.
Ability to quickly learn new computer applications: Flowcentric, Qlikview etc.
Advanced MDA
Microsoft Office
Strong numerical skills.
Understand a problem/enquiry and match it to a solution in MDA.
Understand data, data tables and their relationship to each other.
Must be able to extract data, reconcile and test the results for logic, accuracy and completeness.
Must be able to identify processes, controls and weaknesses, and recommend solutions.
The ideal candidate must comprehensively understand all business processes, their interrelationships, and operational necessities within the MDA framework.
3 years full MDA System experience as a superuser
