• To coordinate the assessment and development of Property Management Systems and oversee the implementation and training of users of
these systems in the Durban, East-London and Cape Town Regional Operations.
• To ensure integrity of these systems and their implementation.

1.1 NOVTEL Property Management system.
1.2 NOVTEL Relations system.
1.3 Procurement Protocols, Tender Documents and Service Level Agreements for various Service Provider tenders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent is preferable.
• At least 5 years administrative experience is required.
• 5 years experience in housing/property management is preferable
