Our client has led the way as an integrative improvement solution for some of the world's largest manufacturing and supply chain brands for 30 years through their flagship software product, which assists in streamlining processes for companies within the mentioned arena.

This position is responsible for the compilation of the company’s product and overseeing the quality controls in the content development process.
This position will require the candidate to oversee the execution of the department’s daily operations and plans. The candidate will be expected to interface with the client support team in responding to queries on behalf of the department.

Qualifications
* An Undergraduate degree in business, operations, supply chain or equivalent certification
* Knowledge of logistics/process best practices
* 5 to 10 years’ experience in department/function logistics coordination
* Experience working with HTML and CSS style sheets in order to adapt content and templates as necessary
* Highly proficient in MS Office and Adobe, is essential
* Ability to work in relevant code
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
* TECH SAVVY.

Role duties:
* Support daily operations of the English content development
* Support the resource planning and operations in terms of follow ups, meeting scheduling and source material distribution
* Prepare material for technical writers
* Compile and collate material from technical writers
* Apply styles, headings, titles, workshop outlines, PRODUCT resource according to quality standards
* Ensure that the materials move through the workflow as planned
* Progress materials through the entire development process to final release
* Ensure that all components of the products go through quality controls and communicate/escalate all problems
* Oversee the delivery of product through stage, production and communication to client were necessary.
* Undertake trouble shooting as required
* Support problem-solving in the department
* Manage department support documentation (ensure that they are always up to date)
