Technical Legal Advisor required to support formulation of Legal/Technical Financial Planning.

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12
• Completed LLB Degree
• CFP and/or Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning
• Financial Services industry experience
• Technical Investment knowledge
• Computer literate

Responsibilities:
• Formulation of Legal/Technical financial planning
• Legal/Technical support to financial advisers including ad hoc queries, proposals and presentations
• Standardize advice processes, tools & documentation
• Sign-off client financial planning proposals
• Identify needs and execute financial adviser training including developing material and conducting workshops
• Ongoing technical research to support financial advisers
