Position: Technical Lubrication Business Development Consultant

Minimum Requirements:
? Grade 12
? 2 to 3 years lubrication experience (Non – negotiable)
? Troubleshooting experience
? Self-starter
? Excellent communication skills
? Passport
? Key Account Management; OEM and end users
? Strategic sales planning
? Brand awareness and development.
? Staff recruitment, training and development.
? Customer relationship management and service.
? Sales and Marketing Management.
? Cold calling
? No Criminal Record

Minimum Job Responsibilities:
? Management of Key accounts
? Face to face customer relationships
? Promoting the brand and boosting sales.
? Manage customer relations and follow up on customer satisfaction of the product.
? Increased company sales
? Rebuilt dormant accounts into positive relationships
? Improved customer satisfaction through dedicated service
? Increased brand awareness through distributors and training of staff
? Set up training for operational staff
