Requirements:
Qualified Veterinarian
Min 5 years’ Corporate experience in Technical/Marketing environment
Registered with SAVA

Accountabilities:

• Achieving/exceeding revenue and gross margin sales targets in territory for the entire portfolio
• Grow the poultry business
• Building product and brand awareness with key customers, influences, and end users
• Develop a comprehensive business plan that sets key account plans, priorities, and tactics for delivering results.
• Ongoing reporting on progress against goals and strategies for building Business in the region
• Train new and existing staff members on key products.

Technical:
• Understanding of poultry diseases
• Sound understanding of poultry production systems
• Good understanding of regulatory environment
• Working knowledge of scientific basis of MFA and Nutritional Product lines and how products deliver value to producers.
• Conversant in the current trends in poultry production
• Key account management and selling skills
• Technical skills
• Regulatory experience

Business:
• Quantitative skills
• Financials - understands the interdependencies between sales, marketing, operations, finance etc.
• Customer orientation knows customer’s business model and its competitive implications and how decisions are made and influenced
