Job Description

Selling company products to established and customers and maintain good relationships
Build new customer bases
Compile quotations for customers
Capture and compile documentation
Provide customers with technical support
Ensure one is kept updated on market trends
Secure customer orders and ensure projects run smoothly thereafter
Communicate sales or service opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions
Identify and resolve client concerns; recommending a course of action to alleviate these concerns in the future
Assist and manage customer payments
Expand market awareness of products and industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 with commercial subjects and/or a diploma in construction
3 years’ exp. As a Technical Sales Rep in the formwork industry
Able to read technical drawings and compile quotes will be advantageous
Computer literate
Valid driver's license
