Technical Sales – Trade Shop (EE)
LOCATION: Hatfield, Pretoria
SALARY: R 15 000, 00 CTC

Minimum Requirements : Matric/Grade 12/Equivalent/RPL (Recognition for Prior Learning)
2 years' experience in a Technical sales role
2 years' experience in a retail shop environment, handling cash payments, doing cash ups, stock management and handling customer complaints
Previous experience in solar, lighting, audio-visual, signal distribution and CCTV essential


Job Functions : MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade Counter Operations
• Grow companies business in the Pretoria region through customer networking and interactions, customer training, superb customer service, and persistent efforts in new business development.
• Provide technical Training and support to customers and staff
• Complete the full sales cycle, from quote to taking payments on RMS system
• Assist in the operational running of the trade shop with regards to receiving of stock, conducting stock takes, and perpetual counts, customer returns, merchandising of stock, setting up promotion displays etc.
• Ensure the Pretoria trade shop is at all times, displayed, merchandised and presented in a professional clean, neat organised and tidy state, pleasing to customers and shareholders alike.
