Job Responsibilities
• Formulate work plans for the In-field Technical Service team and ensure adherence
• Ensure continuous improvement of products and service
• Develop test plans to ensure product strategies are effectively executed
• Conduct market research, route and fleet studies for both domestic and Africa
• Investigate field failures and product liability claims
• Co-ordinate performance testing data
• Ensure enhancement of data tools like Digitrak, Cognos
• Assist marketing team with technical data
• Training and mentoring of In-field service technicians
• Development and management of all operational budgets & capex
Job Requirements
• Matric and 3-year Diploma in Engineering/Management/Quality
• Preferred Qualifications : Degree in Management
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 5 Years in tyre manufacturing and applications.
