Technical Training Controller - Johannesburg
Salary – R500 000 CTC
Key Purpose Statement
To provide an effective specialized training and development service to CDE Technical (Fountain, Coffee, Vending and Coolers) and Logistics teams, ensuring alignment to manufacturer’s specifications, technical developments and environmental requirements, to effectively drive capability development and support activities in the trade, in order to contribute towards the achievement of increased sales volumes, customer satisfaction and brand. The role will support the growth of development initiatives while driving the strategy and implementation of the CDE operational excellence within the relevant districts.
Duties:
• Drives execution and capability development in CDE within the technical teams, refrigeration mechanic specifically.
• Designs and develops Customized training modules and training solutions to suit the specific and generic needs of CDE Technical Services.
• Improves skills index through on the job and classroom based coaching.
• Implements CDE disciplines and procedures
• Ensures timely certification of Refrigeration Mechanics.
• Training administration
• Implement training, and trains employees and intermediaries as per the Training calendar.
• Provides ‘On the Job’ Training and Observation as per plan for Fountain, Coffee and Coolers.
• Provides input into periodic and timely Training need analysis – as per the Business requirements.
Requirements:
• Matric
• N6 Diploma or other relevant qualification.
• 5+ Years Technical refrigeration experience
• SAP experience
• Registered assessor will be advantageous.
• Valid code 08 driver’s license
