Our client is looking for enthusiastic Tele sales Consultants to contribute in generating sales as well as Incoming Telephonic Support. Previous experience within the Cleaning and Hygiene industry will be an advantage

Duties & Responsibilities

Deal with incoming calls and queries (Telephonic support)
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services
Answer questions about products and the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements
Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Must be computer literate
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospective clients
Excellent knowledge of English and Afrikaans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
