Requirements:
• Must have staff management skills
• Manage all costs emanating from the theatre
• Plan and organize staffing, including duty hours, timekeeping and leave planning as per KRONOS
• Diploma in General Nursing( NQF Level 6) or B Cur Degree (NQF level 7)
• SANC Registered
• Diploma in Operating Room Science
• 4+ years of Management experience in an Operating Theatre
• Experience in OT Management and Clinical Leadership
