Requirements:
-Matric
-At least 5 years experience in the financial/property/utility field (Not negotiable)
- Minimum 2 years in administration
-Valid driver's license and own vehicle

- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Build and retain good client relations

- Work independently
- Strong administrative and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Adhering to client contractual obligations
- Training and development of staff within the portfolio
- Yearly strategies for your division
- Net Utility Reporting
- Year End budgets and forecasts
- Approval of municipal accounts
- Monthly client meetings and minutes
- Monthly reports
- Overseeing daily running of the portfolio
