Westvaal Motor Holdings, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free state, Mpumalanga & Limpopo as well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position of Warranty Clerk/Bookings Clerk situated at Westvaal Secunda

Duties / Responsibilities:
Manage service and parts RO/invoice submission (Repair order)
Manage service, and parts RO/invoice reconciliation of various OEM’s
Report RO/invoice quality (compliance to policies and procedures) processing and reconciliation issues to fixed Service manager.
Complete RO/Invoice reconciliation follow- up
Assess the Service needs. Promote the sale of labour/ parts and or accesories.
Document services required, estimations for labour and parts and specify payment responsibilities.
Maintain contact with the Customer.
Produce an outcome where there is no comebacks,
Co-ordinte Service Schedules. Develop and maintain price shedule,
Maintain appiontment scheduling system and cordinate alternate transportation for customers.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction by correctly addressing the needs and accurate remedy of the fault.
Complete required administration in the service proses and maintain Customer files.

Requirements :
Matric
Min Four years experience in the vehicle industry or Basic Vehicle Technical knowledge would be an advantage.
Computer literate
Must be target driven.
Work independently & be self disciplined.
A Code 8 Drivers licence
Good communication and people skills.


Salary:
Negotiable, depending on experience
