Amco Waterproofing is looking for a Dynamic and Confident Sales Representative to join our team.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
• Generating leads.
• Reaching targets monthly on closed deals.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about products, prices and availability.
Sales Representative Requirements:
• Presentable
• Reliable car and a valid driver’s license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
• Technical Knowledge or background - Waterproofing/ Construction/ Building industry.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Able to work under pressure.
Basic Salary + Commission: NEGOTIABLE.
