Retail giant with a footprint throughout Africa is in search of an experienced Web Content/ Ecommerce/ Digital Marketing Specialist.
The role will include being responsible for the marketing, display and merchandising of products listed on the website as well as online advertising and general content management.

Responsibilities:
Formulation; implementation and analysis of online/ Ecommerce strategy
Product management and marketing (Magento 2 platform)
Product lifecycle management
Web content, Online advertising and marketing campaign management

Requirements:
2+ years of Ecommerce experience preferably in the FMCG/wholesale/retail environment
Experience in digital communication media/website optimisation
BI/ Analytics experience
A good understanding of South African retail consumers and an understanding of online/ecommerce consumers and merchandising
Creativity
Solid experience and understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Magento, payment gateways and other essential eCommerce platforms and tools
Exceptional project management skills
A hard worker who is passionate about growing sales and the customer shopping experience
