Must have gained working experience regarding IT Software Solutions Business Work Flow Processes
Must have Project Managing working experience regarding IT software solutions.
Strong experience in IT software Systems Development Life Cycle – SDLC +Project Management processes.
Experience in IT Software Development Workflow Design
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment
Facilitate process evaluation workshops with stakeholders when implementing new, or when improving existing processes.
Ensuring that any new/updated processes are evaluated from a business perspective and that common business logic is considered in process design.
Ensures Automated workflow processes are designed and effective integration with the Admin system is achieved.
Responsible for the design and implementation of major and minor workflow processes and components for EXTERNAL clients’
Design, test and deliver workflow based, solutions.
Enhancements and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis.
Provide onsite AT external Client training and documentation in support of training.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
Operates effectively as a member of the team.
Responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of workflow processes and other Digital Stack modules
Effectively creates in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.
With min. 2-10 plus working years’ in IT Software solutions SDLC and Agile + Project Management businesses work flow processes experience
Must be willing to travel personally oneself to External Clients at their premises to discuss Business Workflow Processes Software Solution needs at External Clients premises Face to face up to executive level for IT software solutions and business processes, systems that External Client request to be implemented.
External Client support and technical assistance on site when needed and requested.
Verify tasks performing full systems integration IT Software Automated Testing prior to deployments to external client environment.
Manage IT Software deployments Hotfixes, patches, release and data fixes.
Systems configuration to l IT Software environments Regression testing.
Test scenarios where defects are identify defects with External client.
Resolve IT Software client business, work flow process problems, ensures that new software products enhancements to existing products or business processes are delivered as expected.
Managing IT Software projects
Must have IT Software Presentation skills experience and External Client Relationship management working experience Manage IT Software External client project scope, changes.
IT Software support to own software developers Business analysts and software tester and , clarify client requirements.
SDLC, classification, prioritization, business Requirements, design, testing, user training, deployments.
Release management and configuration.
Agile experience gained
Monthly full salary Package: R25 000- R30 000 Gross,( full cost to company per month full cost to company per month- not negotiable)
