Our client, in the agricultural industry, requires the service of a Working Workshop Foreman.

Key performance areas:

? Management of the Engineering Workshop including the construction of implements
? Personnel management, including the management of efficient staffing and quality management in the engineering workshop as well as iron and steel supply management
? Preparation of annual budget
? Compilation of quotations to clients
? Efficient administration
? Delivery of excellent customer service
? Fitting/turning when necessary (especially during season)

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
? 5 years working experience in building implements and hydraulics will be advantageous
? Good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
? Management skills
? Excellent knowledge of agricultural implements
? The ability to work under pressure
? Must have a valid driver’s license
? Knowledge of Auto Cad program will be advantageous
